Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your purchase from Gryning, operated by Norrva AB (org. 559602-2920), Ormbergssvägen 34, 724 62 Västerås, Sweden ("we", "us", "Gryning"). By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms.
- Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock issues or a pricing error — in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment already taken. - Prices and payment
All prices are shown in SEK and include Swedish VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods offered on the site. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before an order is confirmed. - Delivery
Products are shipped from our supplier's fulfillment centers, not from a local Swedish warehouse. Estimated delivery times are given in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees — international shipping can occasionally take longer than expected. This does not affect your statutory rights. - Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under distansavtalslagen and EU consumer law, described fully in our Refund Policy. Any trial period we advertise (such as a "30-night home trial") is offered in addition to this statutory right, not instead of it, and does not reduce or replace it in any way. - Warranty and your statutory consumer rights
We advertise a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults on Gryning products. This commercial warranty does not limit, replace, or reduce your separate statutory rights as a consumer under the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (konsumentköplagen), which allow you to claim for a fault that existed at the time of delivery for up to 3 years after you received the item, subject to the conditions of that law. If there is ever a conflict between our advertised warranty and your statutory rights, your statutory rights apply. - Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Subject to that, our liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products is limited to the extent permitted by law. - Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this site. - Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If we can't resolve a dispute directly, you may bring your complaint to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) at arn.se, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing here removes your right to bring a claim in Swedish courts. - Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted; they don't retroactively change the terms of an order you've already placed. - Contact
