Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains your rights to cancel, return, and get a refund for orders placed with Gryning (operated by Norrva AB), in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in Sweden/the EU.

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt)
Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen) and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at Gryningkontakt@gmail.com within that period. You'll then need to send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

If you cancel under this right, we will refund the price you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that you've sent it back — whichever is earlier. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it arrived faulty or not as described.

This statutory right exists regardless of anything else in this policy, and nothing in our 30-night trial below reduces it.

Our 30-night home trial
On top of your statutory rights, we offer a 30-night home trial on all Gryning products. If you're not happy with your order for any reason within 30 nights of delivery, contact us at Gryningkontakt@gmail.com and we'll arrange a return — and cover the cost of return shipping for this trial period (unlike the statutory 14-day right above, where you normally cover return shipping).

To qualify, the item should be in a condition suitable for resale where reasonably possible — we understand you'll need to unbox and try it to see if it's right for you.

Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us straight away at Gryningkontakt@gmail.com with your order number and photos if possible. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you, and this is separate from and does not replace your statutory rights under the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (konsumentköplagen) — see our Terms of Service for more on warranty and statutory fault claims, which can extend up to 3 years from delivery.

How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider, typically a few business days after we've processed the refund on our end.

Dispute resolution
If we can't resolve something between us, Swedish consumers can bring a complaint to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) at arn.se, or use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
