This Shipping Policy explains how Gryning (operated by Norrva AB) ships orders placed on this website.

Where your order ships from
Gryning products are shipped directly from our supplier's fulfillment centers. Orders are not shipped from a local Swedish or Nordic warehouse. This lets us keep prices low, but it also means delivery times are longer than you may be used to from other online stores.

Delivery times
Because orders travel internationally, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks from the day you order, depending on your location and customs processing. Occasionally it can take longer, particularly around holidays or during high-demand periods. We know this is longer than many stores advertise, and we'd rather tell you honestly upfront than promise something we can't reliably deliver.

Every order is shipped with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking link by email once it's on its way so you can follow its progress.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders over 999 kr. Below that threshold, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import charges
For most orders within Sweden and the EU, no additional customs charges apply. In rare cases involving customs inspection or if regulations change, you may be responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes — these are outside our control and not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order tracking and delays
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at Gryningkontakt@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with our supplier.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in Sweden/the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on most online purchases, separate from and in addition to our 30-night home trial. See our Refund Policy for details.
